Free Shipping on Orders over $100
AvMart.com offers free UPS ground shipping in the continental United States on orders over $100 (not including taxes). Select Free shipping option during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Rates for packages delivered within the United States and Canada will be displayed during checkout. Canadian residents will be responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
NOTE: We are currently only shipping items to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Policies
Most orders ship from our distribution centers in South Florida or Texas within one business day. For out-of-stock and special order items, the delivery time will be greater. You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock. All items will be shipped at once. If you wish to have separate shipments, please notify us after you have received our notice. Additional shipping charges will apply.
We may require a signature for orders over $100.
A telephone number is required and you will not be able to complete the order process without one. This is required by the shipping companies.
If packages are returned as undeliverable for any reason, you will be responsible for outbound and inbound freight and shipping charges to reship the product or a 15% restocking fee.
Orders are processed from Monday through Friday.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 15 days of shipment from our warehouse. Unopened items may be returned with no restocking fee. Opened items may be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
Products must be in 100% resellable condition. All original packaging, manuals, and components must be intact without markings.
Software, Video Tapes and DVD's may not be returned once opened. If defective, they will be exchanged for the same title.
Outbound or Inbound Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Before returning an item, you must obtain an RMA number by:
- Logging in to your account.
- In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order.
- Click Add New RMA Button.
- Select Quantity of Items to be Returned.
- Select Reason and Method.
- Click Save RMA
- Wait for Return Instructions via Email. Do not send items back until you have return instructions.
